I'm not sure honestly. You might have luck removing all forms of confinement, then the only option would be hammering. If you forbid all but silver war hammers, and your hammerer is actually skilled with the weapon, it might be fatal. In my experience, the harder ask is how to get one's hammerer not to execute a convicted criminal.
